ABOUT ME

I’m a Registered Counselling Therapist (candidate) based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.  

As a graduate with a Master of Counselling Psychology and Registered Counselling Therapist candidate with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists, I am passionate about supporting and guiding the healing journey of my clients. Being a somewhat recent registrant, I draw upon my depth and breadth of life and mental health related experiences for my work to provide a compassionate, person-centred, non-judgmental approach to build a strong therapeutic relationship augmented with various interventions tailored to the client’s goals and therapeutic needs.
