WHAT IS THE COST PER SESSION

Each intake or individual therapy session is $125.00.
HOW LONG IS EACH THERAPY SESSION

I am mindful that everyone has schedules. I try to limit each session to a 50-minute-hour. Sometimes I may run over so please be patient if you awaiting your session to begin. I assure you that you will have a full session.
DO YOU DIRECT-BILL INSURANCE COMPANIES

Many extended health care benefits include coverage for Registered Counselling Therapists (Candidate). Please confirm your own coverage for psychotherapy/counselling services prior to our first session. I do not direct bill to insurance companies, I will provide you with a receipt that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend a session, please provide 24 hours notice through email. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice that cannot be rescheduled within the same week, the full session rate will be charged.
